From July 1st to July 5th, 2024, representatives from the National Technical University of Ukraine Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (KPI), among which was our Associated Professor Olena Holembiovska, along with colleagues from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, had the unique opportunity to participate in a staff mobility training program at Centrale Lyon in Ecully, France. This enriching experience was part of the Erasmus+ Call 2023 – KA1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals.
During the program, participants immersed themselves in a rich learning environment, exchanged innovative ideas, and developed new teaching and training strategies. The event proved to be a fantastic platform for knowledge sharing and professional growth.
One of the standout aspects of the training was the dedication and expertise of the French colleagues. Their innovative approaches and methodologies in education left a lasting impression on our team. These new insights and practices will undoubtedly enhance the educational framework at KPI.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Anton Korniienko, Olga Ogurtsova, and all other staff members for organizing this invaluable opportunity. We look forward to applying the insights gained to improve our educational practices and further the professional development of our faculty.
