A monograph dedicated to the issues of nutrition science of wild edible plants has been published by CRC Press (USA).
Two chapters of this scientific edition were prepared by representatives of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute – Doctors of Biological Sciences Nataliia Poiedynok, Oksana Mykhailova, and Oleksandr Halkin.
The chapters authored by the KPI scientists present biotechnological approaches to regulating the biological value of medicinal and edible mushrooms.
